Did you ever think that maybe the guy does not want his face in the pics or vids? He probably has a job or family members that might not approve, so there is more than likely a very good reason that you do not see his face. I thought we were all here to see Sarah anyway.

Hence the PERFECT reason for P.O.V. style videos. They are the best. We really don't need to see the guy, or the rest of the room around them.
