David is not quite right. The subject was first raised by Sarah just after she turned 18. A poll ran on the forum she had at that time. I can't remember what the result was though she did say that if she ever were to increase the size of her breasts she would only go up a handful. I think she has decided not to now and let's face it guys and girls anything more than a mouth is a waste. 8)

I love them just as they are. If Sarah does decide to get implants, I can understand why. Personally, I believe she would look better in clothes with implants(B's), but out of her clothes, the way we all enjoy seeing her, she looks great now with her perky little A's. :D

These days, implants are seen as gross & disgusting on hot chicks. Now the trend towards natural breasts are much more popular than disgusting disfigured scarred implants.

This subject popped up so many times on the old P18 forum. I love boobs- big ones, small ones, doesn't matter but with Sarah I have always loved the playground she already has. Keep your natural rack Sarah, it still looks great to me :D
